We had Everything - Delain Such A Shame - Talk Talk
We had every, we had everything
We had everything

We had time
Reveling in the dawn of life
If only then we had known
Just how fast it goes by

We were crying
Through the best days of our lives
If only then we had known
It's a shame, such a shame

We had every, we had everything
Softest sunsets and drunk on your scent
We had everything
Mixed with the salt on your skin
We had every, we had everything
We had everything

We had pride
Reveling in the dark of night
Thinking simple of love
“It will come as it goes”
We were blind
Never knew what we left behind
It would never return
But in dreams, bittersweet

Softest sunsets and drunk on your scent
We had everything
Mixed with the salt on your skin
We had every, we had everything
Softest sunsets and drunk on your scent
We had everything
Mixed with the salt on your skin

We had every, we had everything
Softest sunsets and drunk on your scent
We had everything
Mixed with the salt on your skin

We had every, we had everything
Softest sunsets and drunk on your scent
We had everything

Such a shame to believe in escape
A life on every face
And that's a change
'Til I'm finally left with an eight
Tell me to relax, I just stare
Maybe I don't know if I should change
A feeling that we share
It's a shame

[Such a shame]
Number me with rage, it's a shame
[Such a shame]
Number me in haste [such a shame]
This eagerness to change
It's a shame

The dice decide my fate
And that's a shame
In these trembling hands
My faith tells me to react, I don't care
Maybe it's unkind that I should change
A feeling that we share
It's a shame

[Such a shame]
Number me with rage, it's a shame
[Such a shame]
Number me in haste [such a shame]
This eagerness to change
Such a shame

Tell me to relax, I just stare
Maybe I don't know if I should change
A feeling that we share
It's a shame

[Such a shame]
Number me with rage, it's a shame
[Such a shame]
Number me in haste
[Such a shame]
Write it across my name, it's a shame
[Such a shame]
Number me in haste [such a shame]
This eagerness to change

Such a shame

  • The Great(est) Escape by Delain and by Charles Bukowski.

The Greatest Escape - Delain The Great Escape - Bukowski
You're the blue note
You are sad like a melody
In minor key
You sway, you float
For whenever you touch the ground
It drags you down
If I could
I'd make your heart unbroken
I'd make these words unspoken

It's the greatest escape
It's between you, me and the sea
It's the greatest escape
It's between you, me and the sea

You forsake me
For the ones that we left behind
They left you blind
Sometimes it seems
Like you forgot the misery
I'd set you free but you
You miss the thrill of violence
Thank me with utter silence
For taking you away

It's the greatest escape
It's between you me and the sea
It's the greatest escape

It's the greatest escape
It's between you, me and the sea
It's the greatest escape

It's the greatest escape
It's between you, me and the sea
It's the greatest escape

It's the greatest escape
It's between you, me and the sea
It's the greatest escape

It's the greatest escape

Listen, he said, you ever seen a bunch of crabs in a
bucket?
no, I told him.
well, what happens is that now and then one crab
will climb up on top of the others
and begin to climb toward the top of the bucket,
then, just as he's about to escape
another crab grabs him and pulls him back
down.
really? I asked.
really, he said, and this job is just like that, none
of the others want anybody to get out of
here. that's just the way it is
in the postal service!
I believe you, I said.

just then the supervisor walked up and said,
you fellows were talking.
there is no talking allowed on this
job.

I had been there for eleven and one-half
years.

I got up off my stool and climbed right up the
supervisor
and then I reached up and pulled myself right
out of there.

it was so easy it was unbelievable.
but none of the others followed me.

and after that, whenever I had crab legs
I thought about that place.
I must have thought about that place
maybe 5 or 6 times

before I switched to lobster.

    • Music is an art form whose medium is sound and silence, occurring in time. Common elements of music are pitch (which governs melody and harmony), rhythm (and its associated concepts tempo, metre, and articulation), dynamics, and the sonic qualities of timbre and texture.
    • The creation, performance, significance, and even the definition of music vary according to culture and social context. Music ranges from strictly organized compositions (and their reproduction in performance) through improvisational music to aleatoric pieces.
    • Music can be divided into genres and subgenres, although the dividing lines and relationships between music genres are often subtle, sometimes open to individual interpretation, and occasionally controversial. Within "the arts", music may be classified as a performing art, a fine art, and auditory art.

Non ho capito il senso di questa collezione, potresti spiegarmelo?

    Aldebaran2020Aldebaran2020    Sat, 14/11/2020 - 08:50

    Hello and
    Thank you for your interest.

Hydra contains some collections made by me concerning arguments, artists or songs that I found interesting.

Those collections are the heads that belong to the body of the songs contained in LT.

    Regards

    IceyIcey    Sat, 14/11/2020 - 08:57

    Aldebaran2020Aldebaran2020    Sat, 14/11/2020 - 11:26

    Hello again.

can repeat that in english, please?

    Thank you!

    IceyIcey    Sat, 14/11/2020 - 13:15

I do recall us talking Italian in more than one occasion, what happened?
Anyway, I asked you to change all descriptions in your collections to make them less cryptic, to clarify for everyone what's the meaning behind them: collections must be easily accessible to all users on LT, and yours have been reported by several users because they wouldn't understand what they were about. So please, put clearer descriptions to your all collections. Thank you.

    Aldebaran2020Aldebaran2020    Sat, 14/11/2020 - 14:52

I dont know what are you talking about therefore we move this to private.

    Regards

    IceyIcey    Sat, 14/11/2020 - 14:58

There's not much to say: users don't understand what your collections are about, so you need to change your descriptions, explaining clearly what each collection contains.

    Aldebaran2020Aldebaran2020    Sat, 14/11/2020 - 15:04

I'm moving to private because of LT rules,
