Post-punk/coldwave/darkwave revival bands
A list of contemporary post-punk/coldwave/darkwave bands.
I will mostly focus on the second wave of the revival (bands from the last decade). The first wave happened in the early 2000s with mainstream American rock bands such as Interpol, while the second wave started in the early 2010s with underground European bands, producing a darker/gloomier and more electronic sound.
I know there's currently a huge scene in Russia where it's called doomer music, but I'm really not up-to-date in this area. To be honest, I know more about 80s bands than contemporary bands, so feel free to recommend bands. For now I mostly added artists that are tagged as similar to Lebanon Hanover and Molchat Doma on last.fm (I think these two are the most famous ones?).

I agree that they are too different compared to the rest of your list. Indeed it's more like Synthwave with post-punk etc. influence. Just letting you know about those. I'm not too familiar with post-punk/darkwave but i've heard something similar from some modern indie bands.

Not on the electronic end of the spectrum but another one that comes to my mind is Tanzkommando Untergang (2011-2013 and not to be confused with Untergangskommando which was an earlier German punk band). They are not on here and really obscure but there are a few songs on YT:
