This line does not appear in the 2nd translation.
Τέλη του Απρίλη
At the end of April
I think it is at this spot:
3:50
https://youtu.be/T-oVqbGUmzA?t=230
Or maybe it is in a different part of the song.
All I know is that it appears in the first translation, but not in the second translation.
Can someone confirm to me if it appears in the song please.
Also, between these 2 translations,
Are there any changes you would make in the 2nd translation, to improve it, make it better?
Also, the arrangement of the lyrics in the 2nd translation,
Should they be lined up differently?
I am looking for an improved, or better English Translation of this song, if it is possible.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Μου 'χαν πει τα άστρα πως περνάω μια φάση
Stars had told me that I'm in a situation
που 'πρεπε να πάρω σκούπα και φαράσι
in which I should be prepared
της ζωής μου τ' άχρηστα να καθαρίσω
to clean up the useless things of my life,
να μπορέσω αυτό που θα 'ρθει να εκτιμήσω,
and be able to valuate what will come
Θα τανε καλό να μείνω λίγο μόνος
It would be good to be alone for a while
μου το τόνισε αυτό ο αστρολόγος
that's something that astrologist pointed
κι άρχισε να αραδιάζει θεωρίες
while started to reveal theories
για κρυφές συμπαντικές συνωμοσίες
about hidden conspiracies of the universe.
Γέλαγα, δεν πίστευα
I laughed, didn't believe
τίποτα δεν περίμενα
expected nothing
Νάτο, νάτο πάλι
But there it is, there it is again
το σύμπαν συνωμότησε
universe conspired
"Τώρα, τώρα" είπε
"Now, now" said
κι όλα τα κανόνισε
and arranged everything
το 'χε οργανώσει κι ούτε που μας ρώτησε
had organized this and didn't ask anyone
και στο τέλος χειροκρότησε.
and applauded at the end.
Όταν με κοιτάς ανάβουν χίλια φώτα
Whenever you look at me a thousand lights turn on
διάπλατα ανοίγει της ψυχής η πόρτα
(and) soul's door widely opens
κι όλα αυτά που ονειρευόμουνα να νοιώσω
and all those things I dreamt to feel
μέσα μου περνάνε και μ'αρέσει τόσο.
go inside me and I like it so much.
Μου 'χαν πει τα 'αστρα η ζωή μου αλλάζει
Stars had told me that my life's changing
κι έλεγα εγώ "τίποτα δε με νοιάζει,
and I said "nothing that matters me,
ποιος να ξέρει της ζωής μας τα γραμμένα"
who knows what's the fate of our lives"
και "σιγά το σύμπαν μην ντυθεί μ'εμένα" *
and "sounds ridiculous that the universe will put me on as it's cloth" *

2nd Translation:
https://lyricstranslate.com/en/simban-sinomotise-universe-has-conspired....
The stars had told me that I'm going through a phase
That I had to take a broom and a dust pan,
And clean up the trash of my life
So I would be able to appreciate what would be coming
It would be nice to stay alone for a bit
The astrologer emphasized that to me
And he started telling me theories,
About important, secret conspiracies
I laughed, I didn't believe...
I didn't expect anything...
There it goes again! The universe has conspired
It said "now!' and it arranged everything
It had planned it and it didn't even ask us
And in the end it applauded
When you look at me, 1000 lights go on
The door to my soul opens wide
Everything I was dreaming of feeling,
I feel inside of me and I like it so much
The stars had told me that my life was going to change
And I said that I didn't care about anything
Who knows what's written for us in the fate of life?
And I didn't expect the universe to concern itself with me
I laughed, I didn't believe...
I didn't expect anything...
I listened to 3:40 - 3:55 and I can confirm: «Τέλη του Απρίλη» is right there.

Why would you be asking for improvements for the second translation if it wasn't made by you? I see you made a request here: https://lyricstranslate.com/en/request/%CF%84%CE%BF-%CF%83%CF%8D%CE%BC%C...
I left a comment there. I will be removing your "encouragement" of making a new translation with the use of the two.
I am looking for purely a better translation if possible, because, I think there may be lyrics missing.
Are you Greek, do you know Greek?
This line does not appear in the 2nd translation.
Τέλη του Απρίλη
At the end of April
While listening to the song, does it appear in the song at all?
Are you able to say at all?
Νάτο, νάτο πάλι
But there it is, there it is again
το συμπαν συνωμότησε
universe conspired
Τέλη του Απρίλη
At the end of April
The part from "Νάτο, νάτο πάλι" to "και στο τέλος χειροκρότησε" is the refrain. It is repeated several times along the song, but "Τέλη του Απρίλη" occurs only the last time (around 3:50 as you correctly stated). In other words, in its last occurrance the refrain is modified.
Where the first translation says "Τέλη του Απρίλη" (end of April), the second one says "Βράδυ του Απρίλη" (a night in April). It's fairly common for artists to change a word here and there between different performances. If you search for different videos of the same song, you will likely find both versions. I suspect that we're simply looking at a mismatch of video to lyrics, not at a mistranslation.
A rathert prominent instance of changed lyrics in Greek music is Dionysis Savvopoulos' "San ton Karagiozi", where the original "έλα Ηπείρου κι Αχαρνών να σε γιουχαΐσω" was changed to "έλα στην παράσταση να σε γιουχαΐσω". Ηπείρου κι Αχαρνών was the address of Κύτταρο, a famous progressive club in central Athens in the early 1970's, where Savvopoulos used to perform. Back then, everybody who listened to Savvopoulos' music knew exacly what Ηπείρου κι Αχαρνών meant. It meant more than just the club; it also meant a specific culture. But eventually the club closed and faded from the collective memory, while the song lived on across new generations that had no idea what that address meant. And so Savvopoulos changed the lyrics to the generic "έλα στην παράσταση", to make them understandable to the younger generations.
