Ok so i just watched the third episode, and apparently "I am that is" is an anagram for "I Matthias" (The main character of the show's name)

I finally got my hands on the cartoon. As the story goes, for some reason this ancient mouse knight has foretold the coming of the main character, and is talking to him directly inside his head.
One does wonder why he went through the pains of thinking up this nonsensical sentence as a riddle, build a special crypt to hide his weapons and have this huge wall tapestry woven in the first place if he can just talk to the guy and tell him "Hey dude, you're the chosen one! My sword is hidden under the flowerpot by the porch!"
Oh well, I suppose kids are dumb enough to swallow any kind of nonsense, aren't they?
The show is on par with Scooby Doo as far as subtelty is concerned, but luckily the comic relief rabbit who talks like an over the top old Brit is rather funny Regular smile
