There's this beautiful song of William Sheller's about a mentally ill mother.

The whole Gainsbourg concept album "The man with a cabbage head" revolves around sex, love and madness.
This song is an interview in a mental hospital where the narrator recalls a bout of paranoid delusion Regular smile

And also a couple of Radiohead's early gems

What about this Sister of Mercy's little gem?

Kudos for mentioning Anne Clark. A greatly overlooked artist, in my opinion.

Mad World (it's been covered a lot though) if you consider depression a mental disorder), Warrior by Demi Lovato, Breathe Me by Sia, The Monster by Eminem, The Middle by Jimmy Eat World, Crazy Train by Ozzy Osborn, Basket Case by Green Day, Breaking the Habit by Linkin Park (it talks about self harm and maybe even depression)
