English translation

I know you'll come back

Whenever I think of you
I feel sad and lonely
Without your love
Nothing exists anymore
How hard is to cope
with so much loneliness

Whenever I think of you
and you're not here
Whenever I think of you
I feel lonely
I really got used to your habits
Nothing is the same
To tell you the truth
Whenever I think of you
and you're not here

I know you'll come back, my love
I know you'll come back, my love
I know you'll come back, I know it
I want you next to me

I know you'll come back, my love
I know you'll come back, my love
I know you'll come back, I know it
I want you next to me

A love like this
gives me hope

A love like this
gives me confidence

A love like this

Can't give me more
Whenever I think of you
and you're not here

I know you'll come back, my love
I know you'll come back, my love
I know you'll come back, I know it
I want you next to me

I know you'll come back, my love
I know you'll come back, my love
I know you'll come back, I know it
I want you next to me

I know you'll come back, my love
I know you'll come back, my love
I know you'll come back, I know it
I want you next to me

The lyrics have been reformatted. You may want to correct your translation.

Sorry for the convenience.

Did a line from the first stanza get lost during reformatting?

Hi, Steve, it's been a long time, hasn't it? Nice to see you again. Where have you been?

As for the lyrics - nothing was lost, I just added who sings which part and, as a consequence, I was forced to move two first verses from the second stanza to the first.

Yes, Andrzej. Long time. Hope you have been well. Been adjusting to the growing pangs of growing older, ending up in the hospital for one reason or another every 10 months for a few years. Just lost my best friend this week after 51 years of friendship. He had always been my musical partner; I think he took the music with him.

Okay. Regarding the line placement, I hadn't understood that. All I noticed was that the original ended "Cuando pienso en ti ..." on the 1st & 2nd stanzas, whereas the translation showed "Whenever I think of you ..." only on the 2nd stanza. Didn't notice it slipped down & doubled on the the beginning of the 2nd stanza.
