This is not French. There are some lines in French, but for the most part this song seems to be sung in an African language (highly doubt it's a creole).

Probably is wolof

Might be. Unfortunately, we don't have many African users on here and the few we have aren't active anymore. GT doesn't even have Wolof in their language list, so it doesn't recognise the text, but judging from the country the singer is from, I think it's safe to change the language to Wolof. In this way, if a Wolof speaker wants to look for Wolof songs to translate, it'll be easier to find.

Here are the French bits.
You might want to change the request language now. People from Senegal would most likely understand French anyway.
No idea which language it is though. Wolof is likely, but there are dozens of other languages spoken in Senegal.

mon Afrique -> my (sweet) Africa

D'ici ou d'ailleurs nous somm' des enfants d'Afrique
Mêm' si le ciel tombait luttons pour la paix

Wherever we come from, we are children from Africa
Even if the skies should fall, let's fight for peace

Ici ou ailleurs la paix prix du bonheur
Mêm' si le ciel pleurait luttons pour nos frères

Wherever we are, peace is the price of happiness
Even if the skies should weep, let's fight for our brothers

Well, that's a good idea. I'll proceed to change the language
