A A

I'm so much in love with you

What's the big deal if
your past isn't
so water
like clear!
That I'm not your first
Now I know ( now I know )

I've put on the scale what I feel and what they
will say
My feeling was a steel block
and it won by the weight of my soul

I'm so much in love with you that I care for nothing
You're here by my side and that's enough for me

I'm so much in love with you Like this, just the way you are That if you change something, I might leave you
I don't care for what was before me
I'm no one to look into your past. We all have stories to hide (to hide)
I've put on the scale what I feel and what they will say
My feeling was a steel block
and it won by the weight of my soul

I'm so much in love with you that I care for nothing
You're here by my side and that's enough for me

I'm so much in love with you. Like this, just the way you are. That if you change something, I might leave you
I'm so much in love with you (×4)

From Egypt with love, Tito

Hi Tito!
Vamos a ver qué dice el español:

Second stanza - He is comparing and, "mi sentimiento venció".(It was the winner).
"and got beaten" --> "it did beat", if you want to use that verb, or "won"

" I don't care for nothing" In Spanish you can use two negations in the same sentence, but in English...?

"For just who you are". Fine, but the Spanish says, "Like this, just the way you are".
Next line - You don't need "for me". He is just taking it personally.

Long stanza -
" doesn't matter". You can also say "I don't care".
"no soy quién" --> "I am no one to look .."
"We all have history that counts" --> "We all have stories to hide".

See what you think

Question:
Why don't you set the stanzas in quartets, like the original?

Te lo agradezco mucho Rosa, ya cómo te parece?
But I don't know how to " set the stanzas in quarters" I did my best to align but it always come out like this.

H Tito!
It sounds good.

Cut your long verses according to the original (As a matter of fact I am going to do the same). It is not necessary to express an idea in a single line, for instance, first stanza-:
"What's the big deal if your past
isn't so water like clear!
That I'm not your first
Now I know ( now I know )"

Do the same in the second.
The two next verses, cut in four, following the original. (After "you" and "side".

Te third, long one, should be three
First one - Cut after "something", "I might leave you" (four verse).
Second - Nex four verses.
Third - Cut after "what I feel".

Same other translations need a job like this.
I am going now to read another one.

Good luck!
