Author's comments:

* Tanzomat is And One's tenth studio album. This song was a single for Tanzomat but it did not end up appearing on the album.
* Tunte is used to refer to a male homosexual, sometimes pejoratively, but it can also be used as a self-designation similar to "queen" in English.
* The Kugelblitz was a German self-propelled anti-aircraft gun developed during World War II. Literally it means "ball lightning."
* Scheitel can refer to either the part of a person's hair or the topmost point of something, and Schoß means lap. I figure that this is an idiom with a similar meaning to the English, "from head to toe."

>"Vom Scheitel bis zum Schoß" is a bawdy modification of the idiom made-up by the lyricist.
The idiom is "Vom Scheitel bis zur Sohle".
