Погоня (Mirdaf)

Author's comments:

Sorry, I know I should write this message in Russian, but it would take about a year (and all of you know English better than I know Russian, right?)
Almost immediately after I have joined this site, I did translate into Russian a Hebrew song performed by Chava Alberstein. More than two years it waited for somebody to tell me that my (active) Russian simply stinks. Finally, my friend from this site, LenaPt, told me very delicately the truth. She found almost 20 lines in a song of less than 30 with various mistakes and non-Russian wording. She was so kind as to give me a solution to all of them. I thanked her and accepted with pleasure, but being me (a stubborn and a know all guy), I fully accepted about 15 only. The others I tried to correct according to my interpretation, and she bravely fought me all the way. Finally, we came to something that satisfied us both (more or less). Perhaps one or two still don’t sound Russian to you, it’s only my fault, definitely not hers (or just a typo, hopefully?). Anyhow, I just want to thank Lena for her help and coaching. And remember, all non-Russian “residues” are my fault only.

The author of translation requested proofreading.
It means that he/she will be happy to receive corrections, suggestions etc about the translation.
If you are proficient in both languages of the language pair, you are welcome to leave your comments.

Hi Moshe,
It should just show you that comments come much cheaper than translations. We should find a way to be rewarded for comments in points instead of "likes". Then we could translate for free, just for the pure pleasure of it.
