I wonder why THAT is???? What I mean to say - I can't find anything in the text to justify such a restriction. And of course, there is some violence to be seen in the video, but under the present circumstances, I don't find the footage more brutal than any news programme on TV. Oh well, I suppose it doesn't really matter...

By the way, the song is in Ukrainian, not in Russian ;-)

I get a feeling (maybe incorrectly?) that you are being sarcastic, but I don't understand Ukrainian, so the joke flies right over my head... Confused smile

Kids should watch neither news programmes nor violent YouTube videos alone, so if the video contains violence, I think an age-restriction may be justified (but I haven't watched it yet).

I have watched it now and I agree that it wasn't that violent (just a bit). But I don't make YouTube policy, so my opinion isn't worth much in this case.
