      bebiendo quiero ahogar...

Y si la ven,
amigos díganle
que ha sido por su amor
que mi vida ya se fue...

(se repite desde:
Es la última farra de mi vida)

The Last Glass

Versions: #1#2
Pour, friend, no more, pour and full
Until the edge of the glass of champagne
Because this night of spree and joy
The pain what is n my soul i want to drawn.

This is the last spree of my life
Of my life, boys, that goes away
Rather, has been gone after that one (the one, who never knew appreciate my love.

I loved her, boys and i love her
And i never could forget her.
I get drunk for her
She, who knows what will be doing?

Pour, waiter, more champagne
That i want to drown all my pain drinking.

And if you see her
Friends, tell her
It´s been for her love
my life is going away.

This is the last spree of my life
Of my life, boys, it goes away
Rather, has been after that who never knew appreciate my love.

¡ Cuánto me alegro que alguien saque a relucir estos viejos, eternos tangos! ¡Y de verdad, que relucen! Gracias

My comments:
*1. The title could be "The last glass of champagne... but, actually, "copa" translates "drink"
*2. "no más" means "come on'/go ahead/do it...". "...and fill up to the RIM of the glass..."
3. Second stanza - "that goes away"
Rather "has been gone after that one (the one) ..."
"...and I never could forget her..." (not "be")
" who knows what will be doing" (Long, but that's what it says)
4. Fourth stanza - "That" instead of "because"
*5. Fifth stanza - "...friends TELL her..."
"that my life"

(repeats)

You decide, but the ones with * should be changed.

Thank you so much, i appreciate your corrections and your time. (: I´m going to change some things you said to me but not all because in this case some or your comments are wrong. Even with that i´m glad to read you and please forgive the way i write, it´s harder write in english than translate for strange it sounds.
