ルパン三世のテーマ(ヴォーカル・ヴァージョン) (Lupin the Third Theme) (English translation)

ルパン三世のテーマ(ヴォーカル・ヴァージョン)

(Lupin the Third)
真っ赤な薔薇はあいつの唇
優しく抱きしめてくれとねだる
瞳の奥に獲物を映して
淋しく問いかける愛のありか
男には自分の世界がある
たとえるなら
空を駆けるひとすじの流れ星
孤独な笑みを夕日にさらして
背中で泣いてる男の美学
(Lupin the Third, Lupin the Third)

(Lupin the Third)
真珠の色はあいつのまなざし
遥かな幸せを夢に描く
いためることを恐れるあまりに
冷たく突き放す愛もあるさ
男には自分の世界がある
たとえるなら
風を払い荒れ狂う稲光
都会の闇に体を溶かして
口笛吹いてる男の美学
(Lupin the Third, Lupin the Third)

Lupin the Third Theme (Vocal Version)

(Lupin the Third)
Crimson roses, that girl's lips
Pleading to be affectionately embraced
Prey reflecting within the depths of her eyes
Desperately questions for the hideout of love
A man has his own world
Need an example?
A falling star's trail running through the sky
Flashing a solitary grin to the setting sun
The manly aesthetic of crying with your back
(Lupin the Third, Lupin the Third)

(Lupin the Third)
Luster of pearl, that girl's gaze
Daydreaming of a far off fortune
Being too afraid of hurtful situations
Even love is coldly brushed away
A man has his own world
Need an example?
Lightning sweeping out a torrent of wind
Fading behind the city's dark silhouette
The manly aesthetic of just whistling a tune
(Lupin the Third, Lupin the Third)

Thanks!

** 背中で泣いてる男の美学, is a pretty meme-like expression. It's when you see the big strong manly man get real emotional, but he just turns his back and like looks at the sky, face all in shadow as he "feels the feels". *That* is crying with your back.

The front half of verses technically make the topic lips and gaze, but it's "someone" that possess them (あいつ is gender neutral). Considering they're female qualities and the the big contrasting "男には" changing it to "NOW MEN (on the other hand)", it's safe to say it's from a female subject.

Full disclosure, translations of this do exist, I found some after translating (was looking for a link to the song to make sure they sync). I'm pretty comfortable with this compared to what I've found. The gender topics, explained above, are all over the place, and they seem like Japanese fluent->translating to English, rather than English fluent->translating from Japanese.
This karaoke style video is an example, does not credit any translator, but I think it's fair to highlight and contrast other translations to give the reader more options:
