You actually do have the translation for "Bitte nie wieder diesen Turm verlassen zu dürfen" pretty much correct. There are a couple ways of saying "to ask" in German, one of them being the verb "(um etwas) bitten", which is like "to ask for something". So the line is saying "Never ask again to leave this tower" (because bitte in this sentence does not mean "please" but is actually the verb "bitten" in the command form).
