You're using the simple present tense when the continuous present would be more usual in English, for example "This time you're going too far." We would almost never say "This time you go too far" unless we were trying to speak/write with a foreign accent, or sound very old-fashioned and British.

"Halt mich nicht auf" = "Don't try to stop me from leaving" IMHO.

Instead of using "fight" for both "streiten" and "kämpfen," use "argue" or "quarrel" for "streiten."

"Let's forgive each other again in the end." This is a one of those times where the reflexive verb in German really is also reflexive in English.

"You make everything broken" isn't idiomatic English. "Du machst alles kaputt" is normal, everyday idiomatic German. "You're wrecking everything" would be a better translation.

"Du hast es wohl nötig" is an idiom that's pretty hard to translate into English. We would tend to specify what the person needs, for example "You need a good slap" or "you need a dose of reality" or "you need to check yourself" or "you obviously need something that I can't give you." Maybe the best translation might be something like "There must be something wrong with you." Or, maybe something like "I guess I don't have any choice" since the person 'needs it.'

"I'm not going to put up with that" instead of "That I do not endure."

"You'll put me in my grave" instead of "You bring me into the grave."
