Pantomime

We are gathering but your absence is felt
They ask what's wrong with me? And I say I'm great (I pretend that I'm great)
You're not beside me, I feel bad
Here we are, around pantomime table
We used to start with the letter "w"
To tell everyone that "we belong together"1

You wounded me in a way that its scar has remained
You left him (me) and then
The shrapnel hit his (my) heart and then
He (I) was no longer the same person that he (I) used to be

You wounded me in a way that its scar has remained
You left him (me) and then
The shrapnel hit his (my) heart and then
He (I) was no longer the same person that he (I) used to be

I wasn't the guy of separation, do you remember those days that we were together
(Do you remember) you and I used to walk on a wet road
It's pity that love doesn't exist anymore
Those eyes!
My heart falls in love
Your voice is constantly in my ears
Tell when do you come back?

You wounded me in a way that its scar has remained
You left him (me) and then
The shrapnel hit his (my) heart and then
He (I) was no longer the same person that he (I) used to be

You wounded me in a way that its scar has remained
You left him (me) and then
The shrapnel hit his (my) heart and then
He (I) was no longer the same person that he (I) used to be

  • 1. The original lyrics goes: we used to start the pantomime with the letter "m", because we wanted to say "mā bā hamim" but since I wanted to use an English statement, I preferred to use "w" because the statement "we belong together" starts with "w"
