Brain in front of the computer and unhealthy food
Cheap drugs are easily accessible to weak people
Cars are for the persistent but gasoline is expensive
Ticket for betting costs only twenty dinars, the situation is like Milosevic has risen from his grave
The EU is waiting for us, the fridge is like a pharmacy
We have bread and ketchup, and we can sleep peacefully
Tennis is on TV, a spider in underpants
Original Levi's from Novi Pazar, the freedom is a bogey!
We have skimmed the garden, cause the field has born
We are in deep shit, but we still swim
Without pension or salary, it's the same with them,
We live on music, just let it play
Football is played on the street, a rock is the goalpost,
And a beer from the drugstore for a good feeling,
It's always easier to have a company when you have problems,
I'll try to have a better perspective!
Perspective, perspective....
Our reality is black and white and our future is grey
Perspective, perspective....
We all have, we all have a grey perspective
Perspective, perspective....
Perspective is a cheap cigarette to us,
Perspective, perspective....
Perspective, a beer from the drugstore!

I would sughest "u gacama pauk" should be translated as "no sexual life for long time" in this context.

"Obrali smo bostan" - is most likely derived from the proverb "obraćeš zelen bostan", usually shortened to "obraćeš bostan". Meaning of the proverb in Serbian: "loše se provesti", "loše proći", "propasti", "stradati". Generally in English "to fail" or "to have a bad time".
That part of lyrics, in my opinion, is playing with words of the proverb and with the absurd situation of poverty in a very bountiful agrarian Serbia where farmers are on the verge of extinction because of the marker prices pushing them out of business - "We failed, because the fields had high yield".
Even if my idea is not correct, the proverb part stands.
Just my two cents.
