Original lyrics
Pillerthrillaren
Jag finner glädje I livet, Ingentig, ingenstans.
För mig till livet bortom livet.
Ingenstans, ingenvart.
Jag hatar allt och alla.
Ingenting spelar någon roll.
Se nu hur världen faller samman.
Ingenting spelar någon roll.
Efexor, du startar dagen med ett sjukt jävla smil.
Stesolid, du blockerar alla sinnen då jag finner en falsk, inhemsk frid.
Zyphrexa, O’Gud jag älskar livet ingen kommer förbi.
Sertralin, du förgyller livet kurera mig, o’heliga Seratonin.

Translation
The pill junkie
I find joy in life, Nothing, nowhere.
Take me to the life beyond life.
Nowhere, to nowhere.
I hate everything and everybody.
Nothing matters.
Look now how the world collapses.
Nothing matters.
Efexor, you start the day with a sick fucking smile.
Stesolid, du block all senses then I find a false, domestic peace.
Zyphrexa, Oh God I love the life no one gets past.
Sertalin, you gild the life cure me, oh holy Serotonin.

The title of the song isn't easy to translate and quite open for interpretation. The Swedish slang word pillertrillare (without an h) originally meant pharmacist ("trilla" meaning trickle, as in someone who measures up pills), so it could refer to a dealer. But the word is now more commonly used for pill addict ("trilla" meaning stumble/fall as in someone who has fallen for the pills). Further more the spelling with an h (which is incorrect) is probably to mix in the word thriller.
The expression "domestic peace" may seem a bit odd. I suppose it was meant to say "inner peace", but that's not what it actually means. (Peace in that context can however not be interpreted as the opposite to war, as that is another word in Swedish.)
