Hey, thank you again! :)
I changed some of the lyrics. I am not quite sure though about the suggestion to say "in the beginning" instead of "the first times". It would sound a lot smoother, but I think the song means to talk about moments in the beginning and how they change/weaken with time. Therefore I think "first times" reflects more what the song tries to say, but correct me if you think it sounds too weird.
No problem, again :) Well, sure, keep it if you think it makes you feel better. But in English, "first times" is grammatically wrong -as far as I know. In Spanish (and in my native Turkish), we can make words plural after saying "first" but English works a bit differently. -I wish they worked the same though because this way, learning a new language is harder- :))))
Hi de nuevo! :)) Another long comment is on the way :)
Firstly, I think using "earlier days" or "the beginning" as "primeras veces" is more meaningful in English.
"Yo sé que lo nuestro va ligero de equipaje
Que no es tan alto su kilometraje
Y todo siempre es bueno las primeras veces"
I would translate this into
"I know that what we have weighs light as luggage
That its mileage is not that high
And everything is always good in the beginning/ in the earlier days"
"Voy a hacerte una canción que te emocione el primer y último día" - "I am going to make a song for you that touches you/affects you on the first and the last day"
"se nos van" - "goes away from us / leaves us"
That's it! I hope it looks good to you too :)
