What do you mean? I haven't unpublished anything, when we merge things they usually go together: for instance, if a request was added, it would be moved to the resulting page. Didn't that happen? I don't know what could have happened, if that's the case.
When we merge songs, one is selected as the primary, the other is unpublished and the translations are moved to the first song. This is done automatically, but it is registered under the name of who made the merger. It has happened to me too.
Maybe what we need is that when we merge songs not only appear as "unpublished", but also say it's a "duplicate" in order not to confuse users. But we would have to talk to the Admins. :D
