A travelling flake of snow
Across a barn or through a rut
Debates if it will go.
A narrow wind complains all day
How some one treated him;
Nature, like us, is sometimes caught

آسمان پست است، ابرها فرومایه
آسمان پست است، ابرها فرومایه
دانهای از برف درسفر است به راه
میان مزرعه یا به شیار ِ چرخ ِ [ارابه]
در کلنجار با خود برای انتخاب ِ راه
شِکوِهمیکند همه روز باد ِبیرمقی
که چهبد تاکرده با او کسی
طبیعت هم چون ما است گاهی
غافلگیرمیشود بی تاج پادشاهی
