Translation
Spring Thunderstorm
I love a storm in early May, when
The first spring thunder welcomes you,
Seems like it's frolicking and playing,
It rumbles in the heavens blue.
Young thunder grumbles do not lessen,
Rain started sprinkling, raised the dust,
Rain droplet pearls hung from the heaven,
The sun gilds threads with golden crust.
An agile stream runs from the mountain,
In oak groves birds' uproar won't cease,
And forest noise and ruckus upland -
All echoes thunder roars' caprice.
You'll say: it's frivolous young Hebe,
While quenching Zeus's eagle thirst,
Has spilled a cup of boiling swivet
Straight down, then into laugh she burst.
