The Island's Evening Waves
Evening waves on the island a ship sets sail from the wharf.
It's painful to even hear the steam whistle sound.
The cut tape is swaying on the waves,
And in my wet eyes the evening stars.
The hidden vestige is the pillar of my heart.
Breaking in the wind the scattered waves.
Writhing in the sand calling to the night sky.
Even the new moon with its faint light.
Under the clouds flying in the miserable heavens,
A migratory bird spreads it's wings.
In a gaunt state, though I come to the shore,
Even the waves are unkind on the solitary island.
