-DIEESE is the Inter-union Department of Statistics and Socio-economic Studies, a brazillian entity that, among other things, calculates the minimum cost of living in Brazil, but the actual minimum wage is much MUCH... very much lower than what would be considered necessary.
-"Rolêzins" are famous (or infamous, depending on who you are) in Brazil for being a form of self-assertion for lower-class teens. It consists basically of a meeting of friends in a shopping mall that rich people go to. Some shopping malls banned them, claiming the people involved were stealing, annoying other customers and making a mess.
-"To get some snow they even take it up the dock" I tried to keep the slang terms, but the original slangs are much more obscure and hard to understand. Originally, Padê has a religious (Umbanda and Candomblé in Brazil, Yoruba in Africa) connotation, but means cocaine in this song, and Edí is an LGBT slang for anus.
-"Lázaro, someone help us understand" is a phrase the Criolo said in an interview with actor Lázaro Ramos. This interview became a meme, because Criolo couldn't get his points across and got lost many times, which eventually became comical. The rapper jokes about the interview in this verse.
