Yes. Though I've seen some cases where the cover versions actually have some minor changes, but people have just copied the original version's lyrics... But in any case, they are allowed. Remix versions of the same song are a different case and they are only allowed if there are some bigger differences when compared to the original version.

I added info about them being covers on all pages if it wasn't already there.
