Есть, правда, некоторые моменты, которые я бы хотела обсудить:

Like a cloud, like a cloud caesious(?)(нигде не нашла этого слова, но нашла “caesius” metallic grey)
Go and soar there where is my home, => where my home is
Away from here to where my home is.

Этот перевод очень неплохо поётся, Вы можете поставить S, M, R tags. Единственно, там немного надо постараться в некоторых местах, и я бы добавила mine сюда:

Natal shore, shore endearing [mine]

Так получается легче пропеть всю фразу.

Я пользовалась Google Translate and Merriam-Webster dictionaries. Мне, почему-то, выдавало только латинскую форму этого слова caesius. Но раз и caesious можно найти, то вопрос отпадает.

Насчёт tags - S-singable, M-metered, R-rhyming. Есть ещё и другие тэги. Вы их можете найти либо в самом начале, когда только открылась страничка нового перевода, либо в конце перевода, перед авторскими комментариями. Посмотрите информацию на вопросах/ответах ЛТ сайта. Чем удобно пользоваться тэгами - некоторые пользователи задают поиск, например, только singable переводов и тд.

(Ирина, я задаю в Гугле: слово перевод и гугл выдаёт словари, где это слово есть.
where my home is.. В этом случае хорей теряется.
Альбом назван тем же порядком слов. Значит, можно!

Так я и поменяла на “where my home is” - affirmative form. В переводе было «where is my home” - question form.

I'd say caesious is not a common adjective, far less usual than сизый

"come in sight afar" does not sound right. "afar" can only be used in some specific context. "in the distance" would be more natural

"somewhen" does not exist. I'd rather use "someday"
edit: my bad, it does exist but is very unusual.

"garth" as "garden" is archaic

"decuman" is extremely specialized, only used with "wave".

"make me imbued" doesn't sound right to me. "imbue me" might work.

Hi, Pierre! Somewhen, though very rarely, can be found in some older texts. It does exist in Merriam-Webster 😊
“From afar” would sound more familiar, if “from” can be jammed in the singing meter.

Definitely not how I would render "когда-нибудь".

"afar" is mostly used with "from", or in precious / old-ish English.

That’s what I said too, “from afar” would sound more familiar. I am not arguing your point here.

All in all, this is one of the most beautiful iconic songs from one of the most iconic movies of Soviet era, and imho even with some corrections, the translation sounds very poetic and can be sang. 👏😊

- Caesious - нет я не знал. Мне крайне претило использовать что-то в роде blue-grey или greyish-bluish, поэтому обратился к словарю.
- Afar - I meant it rather "in the" afar. I know I used some archaic words, but I promise when my possession of English will be more fluent I will cheat less:) That includes imbued and decuman. I realise that the spirit of the original song requires very simple words. So, I promise I will come back to it.
