"May all just go to hell" определенно ближе к "пропади все пропадом".

Есть еще Caught between two stools. Between Scylla and Charybdis
По-моему, between a rock and a hard place - то, что надо.
Cita:
"Caught in the middle" is fine (though it makes one ask "in the middle of what?"), but caught between two fires would be more interesting. I don't think it is difficult to understand. You could always add a footnote if you wish to clarify it.
Cita:Help me stall the time, chasing after the dawns.
Though "the" isn't incorrect, it is unnecessary in this case: "stall time" and "chasing after dawns" I think sound slightly better and more natural.
Cita:and no one stay in a way.
"Stay in a way" doesn't sound right. Do you mean "get in the way"?
Caught in the middle is an idiomatic expression and natives don't usually ask questions. It's a preset image of a certain situation. Between two fires is OK but I don't think it's very much needed in here :)
Well we give a lot of passes to language when we are merely listening to it in a song . In that sense, you can give yourself a pass with almost anything. But in normal communication, a context is usually given "caught in the middle of...(this and that)" or "caught in the middle, between (this and that). Without a context "caught in the middle" does often leave one wondering "in the middle of what?". If someone started a conversation saying "I am caught in the middle", a natural response would be "in the middle of what?"?
