It's not allowed to add a song without lyrics. If you have video but don't have lyrics, you should add a request for transcription. When someone fulfilled your request, then you can add translation.

Ahmad is correct - it makes no sense to have a translation attached to no song. That considered, if by May 25th 2022 the lyrics aren't added this entry will be removed.

They must be added to LT, not be present only in a video (specially because the video may be removed by any reason some day or another).
