Eurovision Song Contest - 2020 National Selections

Here you'll find the songs which participated in the 2020 edition of EMA and EMA FREŠ, the Slovenian national selection for Eurovision 2020, which unfortunately was cancelled due to COVID-19 spread and preventive measures.

As there were several specifications in this competition, notes will only be added to the songs which, at least, reached the EMA FREŠ finals (which were on their own the qualifications for the EMA). Other, remaining songs, will only be listed without any explanation. Also, songs which have not been commercially released won't be listed due to the virtual impossibility of even transcribing them.

Here you'll find the songs which participated in Nationalny Otbor (in Cyrillic: Нацыянальны адбор), the Belarusian national selection for Eurovision 2020, which unfortunately was cancelled due to COVID-19 spread and preventive measures. There were 49 artists who auditioned, 12 of which were selected and announced for the last step of the competition.

Not included: La-Ley-La, by CHAKRAS, for it's an instrumental song with no lyrics, only vocalizations by the artists. They reached 3rd place in the finals.

Also, three songs1 have been commercially released, but their lyrics haven't been made available anywhere. The for now empty slots will be filled as soon as transcription requests have been done.

These are Finland's candidates for UMK20. From the UMK20 website:
This year, six artists are competing for the win in the Contest for New Music UMK: Tika, Erika Vikman, Aksel Kankaanranta, F3M, Sansa and Catharina Zühlke. The winner, who will also represent Finland at the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest, will be selected at the UMK Finals on 7 March.

EDIT: Aksel Kankaanranta was choosen to represent Finland at the Eurovision Song Contest this year.

Finala națională 2020 was the national final format developed by TRM in order to select Moldova's entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2020. The event took place at the TRM Studio 2 in Chișinău, hosted by Elena Băncilă, Iurie Gologan and Doina Stimpovschii with Daniela Crudu reporting from the green room, and included a final to be held on 29 February 2020.

Supernova 2020 was the sixth edition of Supernova, the music competition that selects Latvia's entries for the Eurovision Song Contest. The competition took place at the LTV studios in Riga on 8 February 2020, hosted by Toms Grēviņš, Ketija Šēnberga and Beta Beidz.
