No, aserejé no tiene significado en lo absoluto. Es una palabra inventada... :/
Aserejé sounds to me like 'I said a hey',o 'digo hey' en español!Your translation sounds mostly ok but 'parece de contrabando' is in the form of he/she/it and I think the 'it' is more appropriate here.Parece means to look as well as seem, which is pretty much the same.So 'it looks smuggled',probably in reference to the turquoise suit would make more sense.I have the feeling the suit is probably shiny as well! :-P
The chorus line is actually the first verses of "Rapper's Delight" by the Sugarhill Gang, in heavily gibberish-fied Spanish.
"I said a hip hop
Hippie to the hippie
The hip, hip a hop, and you don't stop, a rock it out
Bubba to the bang bang boogie, boobie to the boogie
To the rhythm of the boogie the beat"
Basically what happens when someone who doesn't know the language tries to sing along. ;)
It's a non english guy that heated rappers delight but didn't know the words
It complete made up words , he didn't know the words or name of the song so makes words up to the rhytme
The song is actually about a guy hearing rappers delight , in a club. The. Trying to find out what the songs called by asking people but he didn't know the words so put jibirish to the rhytme

As far as I know the chorus of this song doesn't mean anything at all (at least not in any language I know), it's just a sticky tune.;)
