What do you mean, exactly? Every person that comes out (or stays in the closet but knows what they feel) is a part of the LGBT community. Even if they don't go to Pride Parades or any other related occasion. This community are just people who have different sexualities and/or gender identities than hetero-normative people.
Any random person, at any place, at any time, that decides to come out, I consider a part of my community. And I love my community.
And yes, I am triggered.

I don't agree with this. I myself should be part of the LGBT community because of my sexual orientation (which I'm not going to share because it's something private and because I don't like identifying myself with labels), but I don't want to be considered part of the LGBT community. Not every non-cishet person wants to be in the community, it's not an obligation. It's not like you're born in a family, so you're part of that family for the rest of your life. I choose to stay away from the community because I don't agree with the way they handle the issues they're trying to sort out and I also heard many claiming it's a toxic environment where you can't express unpopular opinions.
So, no, someone who's non-cishet isn't automatically in the LGBT community.

You don't want to be, but you are. You don't have to consider yourself as such, but you are as such. If you are non-cishet, you are a part of this community simply because of that very reason. You don't want me to consider you a family? Fine. But you are.
And I guess it's different for every country and every person. l love my little community where I live, even though I'll have to marry someplace else. Gay people here are always so nice, and at the Parades everyone's always smiling at me and I smile back, and I just feel like I belong somewhere. Guess there are exceptions.

There's a big difference between what one might see and think and what the reality is really like. The LGBT community is, pretty self-explanatory, a community. Being part of a community is not something you're forced to do. The community WELCOMES non-cishet people, but doesn't force anyone to be by their side. If you feel welcomed in the community, I'm happy for you, that's a good thing, but I've never felt welcomed in any group (and not only in the LGBT community) and the fact they want to welcome me just because I wouldn't mind kissing a man, makes me feel even less welcomed. The way they handle this harms all non-cishet people, but that may be just a personal opinion.
And don't apologise. Everything's fine. I just wanted to point out that there's a difference between what people are and what they feel like.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I frequently have unpopular opinions about... well, pretty much anything. I don't look down upon the members of the community, but I do look down upon the community in itself... but I keep my harsh opinions for myself because I know that there are people for whom the community is a positive place and environment and I know how important that is for someone who feels different.

I couldn't agree more with you. I'm a very rigid critical of pride parades here in Brazil. It's too much partying, not as much pride. I also avoid saying this to people I know because it often makes them angry, but I can't simply have no opinion on anything. As long as I'm not disrespectful or offensive, at least for me, it's fine.

You may want to clarify what you mean by "part of the community". I can think of many different definitions, reaching from those which would only include a small segment of people who are LGBT, to those which would include the majority of the western population.

Theoretically, the LGBT+ spectrum also has room for allies, those who are not 'queer', but are not against us (yes, I'm no hetero

It’s prrtty harmful to the LGBT community anytime a man does something seem as slightly “feminine” to label them as gay. Same with labeling women who do masculine things as “lesbians.” We should just let people identify themselves and stop making assumptions one way or the other.

First, a pop singer's job is to be charming and attract attention and gays can easily do both (at least more easily than straight people). Second, rumours about lots of gays in the industry are all around. I talked to a guy who works on Russian TV and he confirmed that there are very many gays on TV, including Russian pop stars (note Russia is more homophobic than the West, that's why they don't come out of the closet).
