LOL Truthfully, I've never heard the word "konchechno", I guess it means, "It's over"? One minor question. I really didn't understand your Title. It's like you're saying "I'm Done With Him". Actually, the more exact meaning is that she's very frustrated. She's still giving him a chance to make her stay with him. So, she's not really done yet. BUT! This is his LAST opportunity, or else she leaves. So, it's more like, " this is your last chance, or I'm done. "

Darn, I wanted to make a quick fix, but made it worse, LOL. I have to use electronic keyboard at work and it is a pain, so I tried to cut-n-paste "ch", but did copy-n-paste. It is "koncheno" (it's over).
"Kak menya vsyo eto dostalo" ("Kak mne vsyo eto nadoelo") means that she is sick and tired and very frustrated about this relationship, that's why I used it here, I believe it means the same thing you are trying to explain. I'll look at it later, maybe will add a footnote or re-arrange the words a bit.
BTW, no problem, it doesn't take a lot of time to proofread and help with grammar ;) I'll try to answer your question about your translation when I'll get home from work.

"Undone" is kind of poetic, like "Unbreak my heart". Undone is like a woman who made her hair look nice then she walked down the street in the wind and it got all messed up. Her hair came undone. So, here she's saying, "I was keeping it (my nerves) together, but now, I'm undone (my nerves are frazzled - like hair in the wind).

Love your native Russian translation! Just one nit-picky thing. LOL. Hайди в себе силы простить меня, всё "конечно." should be "кончилось". But, thanks for all the help! It really does help me to better understand the way Russians express things. Hugs!
