Ça flingue! -> 'Das geht ab!' ?

oder wie könnte man das übersetzen?

(Des öfteren zu finden in diesem Songtext -> https://lyricstranslate.com/de/irie-r%C3%A9volt%C3%A9s-%C3%A0-tout-prix-...)

"ça" means "people at large", as if some firing happened but no individual shooter could be singled out.
I'd say "bullets fly around" or something like that. But other native speakers might disagree.

Was dann sowas wie 'unkontrolliert' bedeutet? -> 'Wird wild geschossen'? 🤔

Ça flingue à tout va -> "à tout-va" means "an awful lot" or "in every direction". Basically an emphasis ("bullets fly in every direction"). I think "wildly" would work too, or "like crazy".
"flinguer" can also mean "kill/murder" but in the examples you gave "shooting" is more likely, I think.
