English approximate translation :

"What a hell of a tempest ! It snowed 30 centimeters of snow in one night ! And nodoby talks about it ? But when it's snowing in Paris, yeah, it's a whole drama ! I tell you : I can't stand this cold anymore. Ah yeah, and the icing on the cake : There was no electricity since yesterday morning in the house. It was cold as hell. The only things to do were wandering in a snowmobile or go fishing in the iced lake. Well, I got back home !"

Hello
I don't find anything like dedicated websites, in English, to learn Québécois.
If you know French, this video will surely help you : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A9rh3lqdtT0

Otherwise, try to listen to french-Canadian programs. When I was younger, I died of laughters watching "Les Têtes à Claques". It's a canadian serie, and it's defenitely a good way to learn the language (pronounciation, intonation, vocabulary etc). Plus, it's really funny.
My personnal favorite : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MHT_T-Q85aI
