A literal translation would be "Don't Forget" - as I've done with the rest of the occurences (the "me" would need to be implied by the context). But if you'd like, feel free to edit the title or translation to reflect this if you feel it would improve the feel - no issues from my end. :D

I am an editor, I am not authorized to edit translations, only the original lyrics. And even if I were, I would never dare altering someone else's work to make it suit my tastes, because a translation is an extremely personal work. The intervention of somebody external just wouldn't fit in.
My comment was referring to the presence of two titles in your translation ("Don't forget me" and "remember me"). I deduct from what you say that "remember me" is placed there to reprise the English title of the song. The original title should not be included in this kind of translations (it's already specified in the lyrics). Thus, I'd ask you to take it away from your translation, leaving only the Hindi title.
