あたしが求めるもの get it out

Let’s get it on

煩悩 お戯れ いざ get it on

Let’s get it on
Let’s get it on

Angol translation

Bon-No-Yu-Gi

I don't know how to be "refined"
But neither do you, right?
Let's stop pretending
The punchline is that the things that drop into our hands
Drop out again just as quickly

Disagreeable entertainment, it all adds up to zero
I can't live for someone else's sake
I'm not at all devoted
I'll reject the idiots, no mercy: guaranteed

Indecent, indecent, only physical interference
Men and women, everyone likes their slang and simple words
What I'm looking for, get it out
I'm too wicked for those negotiations

Sing sing, mynah bird
The sal trees have withered
And the world is terribly occult

Afflictions, let me play, let's get it on

Don't ask the gods for mercy
I'm not as nice as you think

I'm full of afflictions, 108's not enough
Human lust, tongue out, agape
Shake free, throw-in, heavy-handed
I just want to fulfill this life and die... just kidding

Ah, welcome God, this fleeting world a gacha of resurrection
The logic of this world would test the patience of a saint
"Gate gate", up and up and over

As noisy as good-for-nothings
To a saint, a pretty woman is just as cruel
Staring contest, this age heads towards Nirvana, but
Life is just "to be continued"

Sing sing, mynah bird
The sal trees have withered
And the world is terribly occult

Afflictions, what fun, come get it on

Don't ask the gods for mercy
I'm not as nice as you think

Useless restraints, it's revolting
There is some good in the moments of misunderstanding
Live through it with a bitter smile, the underworld is IN JAPAN
It's all over, I'm done... just kidding, right?

Ah, at best...

Afflictions, let me play, let's get it on
At best, let me play, let's get it on

Don't ask the gods for mercy
I'm not as nice as you think

・Bonnō Yūgi (煩悩遊戯) translates to "Affliction Games" but the name of the song on US iTunes is "Bon-No-Yu-Gi" so I'm leaving it like that.
・What I translated as "affliction(s)" are technically referring to "kleshas", a Buddhist term that refers to "mental states that cloud the mind and manifest in unwholesome actions" (wikipedia). There are said to be 108 such afflictions, or kleshas.
・The mynah bird is a bird in the starling family, most commonly found in south Asia and India, known for its wide range of calls, and ability to imitate speech.
・The sal tree is a variety of tree important to Buddhist tradition, as it is the tree that the Buddha's mother was said to hold on to as she gave birth, and later the Buddha lay down to die between two sal trees.
・"agape" (ah-GAH-pay, not the word meaning "open") is a term meaning Christian love, or God's love (within a Christian context)
・"gacha" comes from gacha machines, a kind of toy-dispensing machine in Japan which are basically like those gumball machines were you put in a quarter and a gumball comes out of a flap, but instead of a gumball its a little capsule with a random toy from a set. So I think the line is referencing that the randomness of resurrection in Buddhist philosophy is like the randomness of what you get from a gacha machine.
・"Gate gate" (gah-tay gah-tay) is part of the Buddhist Heart Sutra, the word "gate" meaning "gone".
・The "underworld is in Japan" section is a play on words because it's pronounced the same as "Made in Japan"

Thank you for the translation! Love this song the most out of her new album, though I like most of Reol's songs.
