Good translation.
Yet some remarks:

"Der von allem nicht gewußt."
means "who didn't know anything about all that"

Why "little fish"?

And in the following 2 lines you misunderstood how the sentence parts are connected. It should be
"And the fish, they disappear.
But to the dismay of the court
the shark ultimately is summoned,
but the shark knows nothing"

"who didn't know anything about all that" – I think the English I wrote will generally convey that in the context.

Little fish -> small fry

Changed the punctuation etc as suggested.

"about whom no one knows anything." meaning the same as "who didn't know anything about all that"? That swaps the subject and object semantically...

"little fish" - okay, I see. But, the German line only refers to fish per se - to add "small" is an interpretation, not a mere translation.

Oh, I was thinking of the penultimate verse for some reason. Changed both translations.

To my English mind a shark is a fish, so something needs to distinguish it from other smaller fish, even in the metaphorical sense here.
