Thanks for your comment but I do not agree with you. In my opinion it could be, if the above is not clear:
Any time you want to / You can turn me on to / Anything you want to / Any time at all =>
Ogni volta tu voglia (more or less is the same) / Tu puoi accendermi-eccitarmi / Tutto quello che vuoi / In qualunque momento

Of course you're entitled to your own interpretation but I warn you that your sentence does not flow because you're looking at it by line when the idea is "You can turn me on to anything you want to."
"Tu puoi eccitarmi tutto quello che vuoi" just doesn't cut it.

My purpose is not to give my personal interpretation if it is not supported by facts.
I do agree with you when you say that there is no link between that sentence and the following one but I considered it as it happens in various songs: lines are not always connected with a flowing meaning.
On the other hand if there could be a flowing meaning it would be definetly better.
But your translation "Quandunque vuoi tu puoi introdurmi a qualunque cosa tu vuoi, ogni qualvolta in assoluto." it sounds to me hard and without a perfect flowing meaning.
I think that the translation could be improved by turning it into: "Ogni volta tu lo desiderassi / Potrai accendermi, / Qualsiasi cosa volessi, / In qualunque momento".
My original translation would be smoother and a little bit closer to your suggestion (thanks).

Translation for me does not mean to sound smooth but to say what is stated in the original as close as possible and not to assume or disregard the obvious. Furthermore, you obviously do not have a full understanding of what "to turn on to" means so don't bother accepting my suggestions.
Any time you want to you can turn me onto anything you want to, any time at all. => Quandunque vuoi tu puoi introdurmi a qualunque cosa tu vuoi, ogni qualvolta in assoluto.
