Koizumi Kyoko (nickname: Kyon Kyon) was an extremely famous idol in 1980s. One of her famous song is: "Nantettatte Idol" , but later she sang a spin-off version of "Nantettatte Idol" (<-- translated by other user, not mine) where she changed the lyrics into her own life story. In the lyrics she said she used to sing Ishino Mako song when she was a participant in the talent show: "Star Tanjou". Well, this is the song she talked about.
*Star Tanjou was a popular talent show / singing contest aired in 1972 - 1983. A lot of big retro idols used to be contestants of this show: Sakurada Junko, Yamaguchi Momoe, Iwasaki Hiromi, Pink Lady, Nakamori Akina, Kyon2. Even Ishino Mako herself was a contestant in late 1970s before her debut as professional singer, and later she would come back to that show as their presenter.
Kyon2 singing this song in 1981, when she was still normal teenager / contestant:

Thank you for the information. The melody is exactly the same.
