But I would lack love

the lantern has gone out above my head
not a single thought lives
the pain presents itself as a friend
is closer and closer all the time

I cherish it with love
because I have no-one else
Quietly I sigh
and no-one replies
The days follow each other

And I wait
for something to happen
and I wait
for someone to come

Is somewhere out there a home for me
where someone is missing me
I look back at the time when I still
laughed and felt hatred
Now I am a frame without a canvas
bones and weak flesh

And I wait
for something to happen
and I wait
for someone to come

Is somewhere out there a home for me
where someone is missing me
Is someone running to my arms
if I have been gone for a long time
Will someone cry if they hear I have passed away
Will anyone even notice
Will there be candles on my grave
Can I get flowers to take with me

Now I am a frame without a canvas
bones and weak flesh

Is somewhere out there a home for me
where someone is missing me
Is someone running to my arms
if I have been gone for a long time
Will someone cry if they hear I have passed away
Will anyone even notice
Will there be candles on my grave
Can I get flowers to take with me

Good translation but I feel like the chorus could use a bit of work.

Instead of "Is somewhere out there a home for me where someone is missing me", I'd change it to "Is somewhere out there a home for me where someone misses me". Feels more natural to me. I'd understand "is missing me" if the original lyrics were "jossa joku on minua kaipaamassa".

"Is someone running to my arms if I have been gone for a long time", in my opinion should instead be "Will someone run to my arms if I have been..." because it's a question that the songwriter ponders: "will x happen if I've been away".

Lastly, "Can I get flowers to take with me", I'd change it to "Will I get flowers with me". "Can I get flowers to take with me" sounds more like the songwriter is going on a trip and wants flowers to take with him, but the "theme" of the chorus is "what would happen if I died" ("Will someone cry...", "Will anyone even notice", "Will there be candles on my grave"). I'd almost read the last line of the chorus as "Will anyone bring flowers to my funeral and bury them with me?" So with that in mind I feel like "Will I get flowers with me" fits better.

Other than that I only have minor nitpicks like "for someone to come" -> "for someone to arrive" ("to come" would fit if the lyrics were "jonkun tulevan") or "The days follow one another", instead of "The days follow each other", because it feels more natural to me (can't really explain it better than that).

But yeah, solid work.
