2. | Основной Инстинкт (Osnovnoy Instinkt) |
3. | Playmate |
Разве?!! Ты ДУМАЕШЬ?! Если ты не знaешь как бы я же?! LOL.
Listen PZ, you KNOW Russian 1,000,000% better than I do. So, there's no need to say, "I think the Russian is..." LOL. Believe me, YOU KNOW! I'm the one who THINKS the Russian should be.... And, I'm normally wrong. LOL
Thanks, I'll fix it, I'm sure you're right.
Oh God! You mean I'm trying to translate Russian gibberish. Great! (That's sarcastic.) I thought I was learning some Russian here. LOL.
You're both probably right, but I have no idea how to convey all of this into English. We do say "my temperature rises" (which is what I wrote here), and it means that I get nervous, sweaty, my heart beat goes faster, etc. It's all that. So, I think I'll leave it as it is. But, thanks for clearing that up! :)
Well, you've translated it just after beautiful Novella Matveeva and, I'm sure, feel the difference.
Oh, some other thingy:
>Заводят меня с полшага.
get me wild in a moment
>Хорошо видно
Everyone can see
>Через ресницы мой спокойный взгляд.
my calm look through the eyelashes (her eyelashes or eyelashes of everyone - nobody knows, not said)
>Я привыкла все сама.
I'm used to doing all alone
>Пусть расслабится.
Let he's relaxing
>Что между нами?
What are we feeling?
>Становятся сильными,
They become stronger (not their feelings)
Wow! I have no idea what that meant! LOL For starters, who's Sumo?
I see what you're referring to. He got that wrong, right? It was "swirling in my head"? I guessed at that. I couldn't imagine it was a Sumo. LOL
well, "my head is in a fog" can be from many things too: drugs, alcohol, exhaustion... I think I'll leave that.
So, that's what they said, "We're moving slow-mo." Not "sumo wrestling"? Hmmm. OK. LOL
Well, ok. But, I'm trying to make it sound ok in English too. And what I wrote sounds OK in English, how would you suggest I write this?
I think you saw a comma where there is actually a full stop.
The two sentences should be:
Включая основной инстинкт, выше градусы.
Быть слабее рядом с ним, мне так нравится.
So the second sentence would be "I like it how I feel weaker when I'm on his side"/"I like it how I'm the weaker one when I'm on his side" or something along those lines (literally: "Being weaker on his side, I like it so much").
OK. Thanks.
"Током бьет" : I understand "it gives me an electric shock", I don't know if this meaning is conveyed all right in "it hits me" (sounds a little weak to my ear).
Besides, it seems to me that some fellow members here suggested that those people were drunk or took narcotics or I don't know what. If so, shame on them! They've probably never been in love. :)
LOL, yeah about the drug thing. LOL. As for "it hit me". I dunno. I think it's ok. We say "it hit me like lightning". So, that's what we say, although it doesn't sound as strong, it is the same. And, if I were to say, "it shocked me", that would be totally wrong. That would be like she was surprised, or offended. So, if you don't mind, I'll just leave the "hit me" alone. In English, at least I understand it as "it strikes me like lightning". I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Thank you guys for "slow-mo", corrected! :)

>Выше градусы.
I think, it means: alcohol is more strong.
