Olá Juan! Aqui está a minha revisão.
Some phrases can be translated more literally:
• Porto mia madre con me – The article is not used in Italian with kinship nouns (mia madre, mio padre, mio fratello, mia sorella, mio nonno, mio zio, mio cognato, mio cugino, mio nipote, etc. – all without article, just like in Portuguese)
• que não sei dizer > che non so dire – no need to add “come”
• se tenha ido > se n’è andata (more literal, but also “lei non è più con noi” is right)
• por sermos tão parecidos> perché ci assomigliamo tanto / perché siamo tanto simili (“troppo” means too much – demais)
• De um modo > In un modo
