Beni Bekledinse

Sevda değildi bu
Sanki bir düştü
Sürecek diyordum
Sonsuza kadar

Takvim yaprağına
Ayrılık düştü
Aramıza girdi
Bu kara duvar

Beni bekledinse
Yağmurda karda
Beni bekledinse
Deli rüzgarda
Beni bekledinse
Yorgun yıllarda
Susuz yüreğimde
Çiçekler açar

Yüzün ay ışığı vuran bir koydu
Saçların gecede saman yoluydu
İçin güneşlerle dolu doluydu
Önce gözlerine gelirdi bahar

Beni bekledinse
Yağmurda karda
Beni bekledinse
Deli rüzgarda
Beni bekledinse
Yorgun yıllarda
Susuz yüreğimde çiçekler açar
Çorak yüreğimde çiçekler açar

If You Waited For Me

This wasn't love
It was like a dream
I was saying it will last
Forever

On calendar sheet,
Separation dropped
Entered us,
This black wall

If you waited for me
In the snow in the rain
If you waited for me
In the crazy wind
If you waited for me
In tired years
In my thirsty heart
Flowers bloom

Your face is a cove that hit the moonlight
Your hair was milky way overnight
Your inside full of with sun
Spring would come to your eyes first

If you waited for me
In the snow in the rain
If you waited for me
In the crazy wind
If you waited for me
In tired years
Flowers bloom in my thirsty heart
Flowers bloom in my barren heart

your welcome,
But it is a sad love, is a love of doubts, like a hopeless love... the sadness is in the barren heart...
love shouldn’t be a sad feeling,
the sad love, it is really love?
I want a love alive,
a happy Love,
a common love,
a simple love, my Moon love.

Yes, you are right, but poets always wrote poetry with sadness. I don't know a poet who wrote poetry from happiness. The pain of love has always been a source of inspiration for poets. At least Turkish poets are always like that.

Yes, sometimes, happiness also make us to write.
To the poets, I mean,
It is possible, it is true.
Maybe happiness made write to the poets few amount of poems, less than the sadness...maybe,
But I’m sure, if you look for them, you will find them.
Sometimes our own feelings don’t allow us to find the others....
we just see the sad poems
Be sure, the happy poetry is there....exist.

Oh I’m sorry,
I didn’t express myself correctly.
Not god, I’m not a poet and nothing, nothing
really sorry
I just wanted to tell that some poems also express happiness, but it is true, the majority of them were written with sadness.
I couldn’t express my idea correctly.

Everything is fine, no problem. There is a general sadness in Turkish Literature. I think this is also related to our history. There have always been wars and separations. And these situations were reflected in literature in this way.
I don't know World Literature very much, but it is very difficult to find happy poetry in Turkish Literature.
