Lol, the whole song is just titles of songs of the so called "New music" genre. This genre existed between late 60s and middle of the 80s and was one of the main ingredients in the creation of the actual J-pop (with the Kayokyoku). The genre consisted mostly of singer-songwriters, folk and soft rock artists.

Released in December 4, 1991, this song reached #19 in Oricon chart with 130,530 sales.
Mi-Ke were well-known for doing parody of vintage songs, that some normal looking lyrics are actually consisted of titles of vintage songs being made into a sentence. Unfortunately, I don't know much about vintage song so I can't point out which part is in reference of which song.
