Hi there! I've been recently sent the original lyrics the way they're given in the album booklet, so I've updated the lyrics to both this song and Mizu no Miyako which you published. There are some minor edits which I've listed below:

1) I've restructured the stanzas' position according to the original lyrics and added the "Good morning, good morning" parts in English after two of them.

2) Minor edits with no change in pronunciation:
朝日 → 朝陽 (still can be heard as "asahi")
ニュースペーパー配るバイクに → Newspaper配るBikeに
挨拶 → あいさつ
構わない → かまわない
友達止まり → 友だちどまり
立てる → たてる
夕べ → ゆうべ
肘鉄 → ひじてつ

3) Misheard and missed parts:
車を待つ → 車の列
体が → まだ身体が (you've missed まだ here, but I'm not sure what is 身 doing here, given that only 体 can be heard, so you can make a note about it)

That's all about Good Morning. Mizu no Miyako's lyrics have only these minor changes: 水の都 (Mizu no Machi) → Mizu no Miyako, 美しい庭 → 美しいわ and 滅びゆく → 亡び行く. The other change is concerning only the stanza structure again, so you can update your transliteration there as well.
