Ah, yes of course. Dunno why I thought "Ort" was something related to time. Force of habit, I guess, since I usually hear "jedem" with "Tag".
And yes, your interpretation of the chorus sounds more fluid and natural. I wasn't entirely sure what "Ich bild mir ein" meant, and the rest of the translation was a bit on shaky legs because of that.

Your interpretation of "Ogottogott..." is perfectly alright.
It is just an expression, used a bit in an ironic sense in this song.
The stanza:
>"Ich bild' mir ein, es geht mir wunderbar

I would have translated as:
"I fancy myself as if I'd be doing great
Even though it isn't true,
'Cause I forget about my worries until tomorrow"
And, the first line is, to be accurate:
"Everywhere I practise sports"
