Terra Titanic

The Radar has foreseen
The Sound Dept has forewarned

The Sovereign Captain
Fills His Whiskey Glass in his hand
Until it's brimmed

Off the Sun Deck
You see the iceberg
Majestic, threatening
And uncannily beautiful

You see the danger
But you cannot feel it

Chorus:
Terra-Titanic - Lost in sea
S.O.S. never comes
No one is seeing light flares anymore
Lost stop: ocean

The giant rears up groaning
the dancer steps back

Explosion in the machine room
The last boat had luck
Had luck

The rats are abandoning
The sinking ship
But the captain in his tuxedo
Does not consider it

With the glass in his hand
As the glut douses the light.

Chorus:
Terra-Titanic - Lost in sea
S.O.S. never comes
No one is seeing light flares anymore
Lost stop: ocean

Thanks. btw It's "Last stop: Ocean", not "Lost Stop"; also "flood", not "glut". Also "douses" doesn't always have the sense of extinguishing. I would go with "The flood extinguishes (or drowns out) the light".

Also "lost at sea", not "in sea".

"The Sovereign Captain" does not quite translate the original meaning; what is meant here is "The captain confidently fill his whisky glass to the brim".

"You see the danger // But you cannot feel it" is exactly the opposite of what the original says.
