OK, C.G. I'll try to answer while staying politically correct. On the face of it, it is just a joke based on a seeming contradiction between the fact that women give birth, so they give life to everybody and a cliche notion that women often are a nuisance (don't let live freely) in men's life with their "womanly" concerns and desires. Obviously, it is just a joke, a play on a cliche, on a pun like in many of Guberman's "Gariks" ( 4-line verses). On a more philosophical level, you can think of a contradiction between causes and unexpected effects...But assuming this deeper meaning would be speculative. All in all, it is just a joke.
