Somehow different
Weeks on the road always in the middle of everything
People around me that are important to me
But always this feeling
That somehow I miss something
Been in a hotel for nights
No one who texts me ever asks: "How was your day?"
Everything's alright 'til I feel
That I do miss something, something's missing
Cause with you
It is somehow different, somehow different
At you
I'm somehow different
Slowly I notice how it's getting better
Cause finally there is the one who belongs to me
Don't have the feeling anymore
That somehow I miss something
But before you were by my side, I was a stranger to myself
You understand the chaos, that is called my life
You showed me what it really means
When nothing's missing for me, nothing's missing for me
Cause with you
It is somehow different, somehow different
At you
I'm somehow different
Was nearly accustomed to be alone
I thought that I can't be different
But at you
I'm somehow different, somehow different
Since you are with me, I'm me again
Since you are with me, I miss nothing
Since you are with me, I'm me again
But somehow different, somehow different
Cause with you
It is somehow different, somehow different
At you
I'm somehow different
Was nearly accustomed to be alone
I thought that I can't be different
But at you
I'm somehow different, somehow different
I'm somehow, somehow
I'm somehow different
I'm somehow, somehow
I'm somehow different

Auf deine Anfrage hin kommen hier Verbesserungsvorschläge:
• Was all night long in a Hotel / No one who writes, asks: […] → Been in a hotel for nights / No one who texts me ever asks: […] (Past participle klingt hier besser. Für das SMS-Schreiben benutzt man im Englischen „to text“. Das kleine Wörtchen „ever“ habe ich zur Hervorhebung des Sinns eingefügt.)
• Is it somehow different, somehow different → It is somehow different, somehow different (Erst Subjekt, dann Prädikat. Das Gleiche auch noch im weiteren Verlauf der Übersetzung.)
• At you → With you („At you“ funktioniert nur zusammen mit bestimmten Verben, z.B.: „to shout at you“ [„dich anschreien“]. Das Gleiche auch noch im weiteren Verlauf der Übersetzung.)
• Slowly do I notice how it gets better → Slowly I notice how it's getting better (Ohne „do“. Die Verlaufsform klingt hier besser.)
• Cause finally is the one there who belongs to me → Cause finally there is the one who belongs to me („There is“ ist eine fixe Redewendung für „da ist“ / „es gibt“.)
• But 'til you was with me, do I was a stranger for myself → But before you were by my side, I was a stranger to myself (Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob hier auch „until“ ginge. „By my side“ klingt besser. Es heißt „stranger to someone“.)
Das war alles, was ich gefunden habe. Gut gemacht! *thumbs_up*
