Please allow me to point out a couple of things.

You confused "sale" with "seule". "Sale" means "dirty."
Comme quand ma mère sortait le soir
Et qu'elle me laissait seule avec mon désespoir
"Que" in the second line should mean "quand." So these lines should be interpreted for instance like:
when mother went out at night and left me alone with my despair.
Je suis fatiguée, je suis épuisée
De faire semblant d'être heureux quand ils sont là
I am not very sure what "ils sont là" means. But I guess "ils" means "people" like families or friends.
So I interpret the sentence like:
I am tired, I am exhausted, to pretend to be happy when other people are around( when I am not alone).

私はこの病気を「恋のやまい」と考えました。
[2] I understand that ( les bateaux portent ton drapeau ) are labels of whiskies.
「あなたの旗を掲げた船」をウィスキーのボトルのラベルと考えました。
